Shipping policy

Shipping times are as followed:

 United States 6-9 business days
Rest of World 10-14 business days

Please note: "Business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 2-Day or Next Day shipments requested on Friday are not available for Saturday arrival. Sales shipped to customers are FOB shipping point.

All orders are typically processed within 1 business day and shipped every weekday at 3pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays. Expedited orders placed on Friday after 12pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please allow up to 1-2 business days to receive a tracking number from the time your order ships. Our shipping expectations for domestic and international shipping do not begin until the shipment has been processed.

Please email our Customer Advocates at info@beearthful.com immediately if you have any changes to make to your order. No changes can be made to the order once the package has been processed.

OUR CURRENT STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTION IS 6-9 BUSINESS DAYS* We are seeing carrier delays in processing through UPS and USPS transfer facilities at this time as a result of Covid19.

OUR CURRENT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION IS 10-14 business days* We are experiencing delays of 4-8 weeks due to Covid19.

Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties to be paid by the customer.
 These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not factored into the price at purchase. Please be sure to research your countries rules, regulations, tariffs and duties before placing your order.

Please allow an extra few days for International USPS Shipping for customs paperwork to be completed and time to process through the international shipping facility. This process may take up to 14-20 business days during certain times of the year.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the Postal Service Domestically or Internationally.
